At Long Island Dads, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Preference changes after purchase

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and any damage

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide a replacement.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
