Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
